Os microcomprimentos estão aparecendo de novo no hemisfério norte. "Micro é o novo maxi" é o mantra das convidadas do desfile da Chanel Resort 2011, que aconteceu em Cap d'Antibes, na França, paralelamente ao festival de Cannes.

Nessa coleção são 11 esmaltes que acompanham a base da cartela de cores de sua coleção de outono-inverno 2011, em tons de verde, azul, laranja e cinza, com acabamentos normais ou brilhantes.

Desta vez, o tema foram modelos, como: Daria Werbowy, Agyness Deyn, Erin Wasson, Liu Wen, Poppy Delevigne, Alana Zimmer, Dree Hemingway, Filippa Hamilton, Arizona Muse, Anja Rubik e Ruby Aldridge.
